Room 1
is a very spacious airy double room which combines beautiful decor with lovely furnishings. This room has a very comfortable super-kingsized bed from which you can enjoy the far reaching views of the Derbyshire countryside through french doors which open to a Juliet balcony. A private, self-contained apartment sized room with en-suite bath and shower room. There is a separate area for tea and coffee making with a fridge and a sitting area with comfy chairs for relaxing.
Room 2
a spacious double /twin room which has been tastefully furnished and can accommodate either a super-kingsized bed or twin beds . This private, self-contained room has lovely views of the forecourt garden and the countryside beyond. There is a en-suite shower room and a separate kitchen area for tea and coffee making with a fridge. Comfy seating for watching TV or reading.
Room 3
is a comfortable, spacious double room, recently refurbished to a very high standard in a traditional style and has a comfortable king-sized bed. This room is also private and self-contained with a new en-suite with shower room. There is also a sitting area and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can enjoy the spectacular views as soon as they step from the door.
Room 4
a lovely private, self-contained double room which has also been recently decorated and refurbished. It has a comfortable king-sized bed and a new en-suite with shower room. This room has its own private terrace and garden with beautiful panoramic views of the countryside.
Room Rates - 2010
Prices from £90.00 to £110.00 per room per night based on two people sharing and includes the Bretton Cottage breakfast menu.
Room rates vary according to the size, style and facilities of each room.

SPECIAL OFFER 10% discount when booking three nights or more Sunday to Thursday. This offer applies from the 1st November 2009 until 31st March 2010.
Single occupancy is by arrangement only - £65.00 per night.
A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is taken with all bookings. In the eventuality of a booking being cancelled within seven days of arrival and we are unable to re-let the room, we reserve the right to make a charge equating to 70% of the total cost of the booking less the £50.00 booking fee. Travel insurance is advised to cover this contingency.
